Following the DAR Grave Marker Dedication for Mamie Doud Eisenhower, you may wish to stay to enjoy the annual D-Day Commemoration Concerts and activities. The Symphony at Sunset commemorates the anniversary of D-Day with an outdoor concert of patriotic and popular classics by the 1st Infantry Division Band and the Salina Symphony. Held on the grounds of the Eisenhower Presidential Library, the event will move to the Abilene High School gym if it rains.
Admission is free to this event as well as to the Eisenhower Museum throughout the day of June 3.
